- A book purchased NEW must still be in new condition (still sealed in plastic, if applicable). Books that are marred in any way are worth 75% of the original purchase price!
- A course packet must still be sealed in plastic in order to be returnable.
- If you paid with a check, a voucher for a cash refund will be issued.
- Clothing and school supplies (excluding electronics) are returnable within 7 days of purchase.
- Electronics (calculators, tape recorders, etc) are non-refundable. They are exchangeable within 3 days of purchase
No returns will be accepted without the original sales receipt.
